Marlon Jones is a retired firefighter with a love for cooking & family. His parents enjoyed cooking, and felt it was important to bring their children up with the enjoyment of making good food for themselves & others. Since then, Marlon has made it his life's work to create good food, so he started a food truck business in the mid-late 90's with his father. But after the death of his father, he sold the business.

Stackem Stix was an idea that originated from his food truck business; Stackem Stix will help cooks of all skill levels with maximizing space by simply stacking one tray on top of the other.
